Honda is preparing to present the CBR1000R and the CB1000X adventure touring next year. This is confirmed by the leak of the motorcycle concept model.

As reported by Youngmachine, revealing photos of the Honda CBR1000R flagship superbike concept model and the CB1000X adventure touring model.

Both models are expected to be Honda's latest models to debut next year in the Japanese motorcycle manufacturer's efforts to further expand its 1,000cc product line.

The CBR1000R is the flagship model in the product line under the CBR brand. Just like the CBR650R, the liter model carries the Sport City design with the handlebars not too low to provide a more comfortable driving position than the CBR1000RR and CBR1000RR-R.

The Honda CBR1000R is powered by a 999cc DOHC four-cylinder SC82E engine and, as a racing model aspiration, has the same cylinder bore and stroke as the Honda RC213V engine.

The engine with the PGM-DSFI injection system has an output of 218 PS at 14,500 rpm and a torque of 113 Nm at 12,500 rpm. The engine is paired with a six-speed transmission.

Overall, both the FIREBLADE CBR1000RR-R and the SP FIREBLADE CBR1000RR-R are the same except for a few components.

In general, the CBR1000RR-R FIREBLADE SP competes with the Ducati Panigale 4S and Aprilia RSV4 1100 Factory. It is interesting when these three machines are offered in our country.

Compared to the standard FIREBLADE, the CBR1000RR-R FIREBLADE SP comes with HLINS suspension, BREMBO front brakes, lithium-ion battery, and fast shifters.

The FIREBLADE SP front uses the ÖHLINS 43 mm NPX Smart EC 2.0 fork while the TTX36 Smart-EC twin-tubed rear suspension is.

The front brakes are four-piston BREMBO Stylema-type discs that are 330 mm in size and 10 mm larger than the previous generation. The rear BREMBO brake bracket used is the same as the Honda RC213V-S.

The use of a lithium-ion battery contributes to weight loss, while the fast shifter helps in faster gear conversion.
