Benelli has introduced its first electric engine known as the QJ7000D at the recent Beijing Motor Show.
As reported by Economic News, the concept motorcycle model exhibited by the Qianjiang Motorcycle subsidiary is said to be the first electric motorcycle product to use the Benelli brand.
In fact, it is hoped that the QJ7000D can be launched this year and enter the international market.
Although Qianjiang Motorcycles did not reveal any technical specifications regarding the QJ7000D, sources claim that it will be a new benchmark of the performance in the world electric motorcycle market.
Through several photos shared during the exhibition, the machine showcases the superbike's bold and fierce body lines.
In addition, it is matched with an electric motor at the bottom near the gear lever and side-stick.
The fuel tank is used as a storage area that can fill the helmet, and the seat is of its own type to provide comfort for the rider and pillion rider.
This electric motorcycle is equipped with an LED lighting system for all types of lights.
It is also equipped with a digital LCD meter panel to display driving information.
The QJ7000D comes with a reverse fork suspension system (USD) at the front while a mono-shock at the rear.
As for the braking system, the machine is equipped with a single set of disc brakes on both tires with red calipers to highlight the sporty side of the bike.
The QJ7000D electric motorcycle is said to be inspired by the QJ SRG600 engine.
