MV Agusta has officially introduced the 2021 MV Agusta Rush. This "hyper-naked" nude model uses the Brutale 1000 RR as the base model.
Sexier design and finer manufacturing quality. The oversized Pirelli Diablo Supercosa 17 X 6.0 rear tire was made especially for the Rush and had yellow side stripes to match the overall concept of this particular model.
Components such as brake and clutch levers as well as foot pedals are made of billet metal, while the exhaust system uses carbon and titanium.
The saddle base and most of the Rush body panels are carbon fiber, and the saddle itself is from Alcantara.
This 1,000cc inline four-cylinder engine uses four 50mm throttle bodies from Mikuni while "shower" type injectors from Magneti Marelli are used on top of the "throttle body."
Underneath, plus four injectors from Mikuni. The valves used are made of titanium.
Compared to the Brutale 1000 RR, the Rush produces 208 hp at 13,000 rpm and 116.6 NM of torque at 11,000 rpm.
If you feel you are still underpowered, MV Agusta has a racing kit (ECU and exhaust system) that is capable of boosting maximum power to 212 hp at 13,600 rpm.
The suspension system uses NIX EC 43 mm hlins dampers for the front and TTX EC hlins for the rear. The Hlins brand is also used for steering dampers. Oh yes, all three dampers are electronically controlled.
The brake system is from Brembo (320mm at the front and 220mm at the rear). Although it looks heavy, Rush's dry weight is only 186 kg. The selling price of MV Agusta Rush in the US is USD40,600.
