Triumph Motorcycles unveiled the new Speed Twin (2021), which is also the third model launched by the British manufacturer this year after introducing the Trident 660 and 2021 Scrambler.
The new Speed Twin (2021) retains the original design of the previous model, focusing on improving engine performance and other aspects of self. This model starts at £11,000.
As reported by Autopro, it comes in three color options: Red Hopper (red), Matte Storm Gray (gray), and Jet Black (black).
Power used is a 1,200cc engine with 98.5hp @ 7,250rpm and 112Nm @ 4,250rpm of torque and a matching 6-speed manual transmission.
They are equipped with a complete LED lighting system for more precise and brighter lighting when driving. The headlights maintain a classic style with a rounded design.
The front suspension is upgraded using Marzocchi 43mm (USD) inverted forks, dual-absorber at the rear.
The dual disc brake unit at the front is now more significant at 320mm and matches the 4-piston Brembo M50 calipers. The rear brake uses a single 220m disc with 2-piston Nissin calipers.
1,110mm long with 1,430mm wheelbase, while dry weight is 196kg.
The Speed Twin features an electronic controller along with three driving modes, Rain, Road, and Sport.
Other technological features provided are a USB charger port, engine immobilizer, traction control system, and Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS).
